KEPRO is the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) for more than 30 states (CMS Areas 2, 3, and 4).
KEPRO has outreach specialists on staff to provide information regarding Medicare beneficiary complaints, discharge appeals, and Immediate Advocacy. There is no charge for their services.
