Check Your Case Status
Welcome to KEPRO’s online Status Check! We at KEPRO know how important our discharge appeals process is to every Medicare beneficiary and his or her family. Therefore, we developed a tool to help you follow your discharge appeal throughout each stage of the process. To do this, enter in the case ID of your discharge appeal that was given to you when you called in the initial request. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us.

KEPRO is here to help Medicare beneficiaries and providers affected by Hurricane Florence. If you have questions or concerns related to KEPRO’s services, as they may be impacted by the hurricane, please contact us toll-free at 844-455-8708. We have social workers and representatives on staff to help resolve concerns quickly through Immediate Advocacy and Patient Navigation services. Hurricane-related information and resources for the impacted states are available by clicking on your state in the map on our homepage. For emergency response and recovery information from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), please click here.

Patient Navigation
While looking at the status of your appeal case, talk to your KEPRO representative about our free Patient Navigation program. If you have Original Medicare, KEPRO can help you make your way through medical systems and treatment to help you better understand your health care.

KEPRO's Patient Navigators can:

         - Help you understand a diagnosis or treatment plan

         - Help with questions you may want to ask your doctor after discharge

         - Provide tips on how to manage medication

For more information about this free program, visit our Patient Navigation page or call the Beneficiary Helpline today.

As of August 1, 2015, phone numbers for previous state QIOs will no longer be forwarding to KEPRO's phone lines as has occurred over the last year. Please make sure that all of your beneficiary notices have been updated with KEPRO's appropriate area phone number. Should the notice not contain the correct number and the call is late, the skilled services notice (Notice of Medicare Non-coverage) will be deemed invalid.
