Welcome to KEPRO’s online Status Check! We at KEPRO know how important our discharge appeals process is to every Medicare beneficiary and his or her family. Therefore, we developed a tool to help you follow your discharge appeal throughout each stage of the process. To do this, enter in the case ID of your discharge appeal that was given to you when you called in the initial request. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us.


As of August 1, 2015, phone numbers for previous state QIOs will no longer be forwarding to KEPRO's phone lines as has occurred over the last year. Please make sure that all of your beneficiary notices have been updated with KEPRO's appropriate area phone number. Should the notice not contain the correct number and the call is late, the skilled services notice (Notice of Medicare Non-coverage) will be deemed invalid.
