Kepro is the Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) for the 29 states highlighted in the map below. As a BFCC-QIO, Kepro helps people who are on Medicare - and their families and caregivers - to file quality of care complaints and hospital discharge and skilled service termination appeals. We also offer Immediate Advocacy services to quickly resolve medical concerns.
For additional information: See the blue boxes under the US map.
Exciting Announcement: Same services, but with a new name and look! Kepro will soon be known as Acentra Health. Providers will be encouraged to update beneficiary notices by replacing “Kepro” with “Acentra Health,” but notices with the QIO name of “Kepro” listed will still be accepted and validated. For more information about our name change and the minimal impact it has on the Medicare providers, stakeholders, and beneficiaries we serve, please visit our FAQ webpage. |
